  • Registration Open for Final 2008 COLAs Online Workshops
    TTB will be hosting COLAs Online Workshops in Charlottesville, Virginia and Boston, Massachusetts this summer.  There is no cost to attend these workshops, but online registration is required.  Read more.
  • COLAs Online Outage
    COLAs Online will be unavailable beginning at 9:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 16, 2008.  There will be no access to the system including the COLAs Public Registry, viewing images and Printable Versions of COLAs, and submitting or updating applications for review and approval.  Access to COLAs Online for submitting and updating applications and the Public Registry should return to normal operations by Noon ET on Saturday, May 17.  Access to COLAs Online for viewing Printable Versions of paper applications should return to normal operations by Noon ET on Monday, May 19.
  • Notice No. 82, Proposed Establishment of the Snipes Mountain Viticultural Area
    TTB proposes to establish the 4,145-acre “Snipes Mountain” American viticultural area in Yakima County, Washington. We must receive comments on this notice on or before June 27, 2008.  To submit comments electronically via Regulations.gov, go to Docket No. TTB–2008–0003 and click on the “Add Comments” icon for Notice No. 82.  To submit comments by postal mail, see the instructions included within the notice.  (04/30/08)
  • T.D. TTB–69, Establishment of the Swan Creek Viticultural
    Effective May 27, 2008, TTB establishes the 96,000-acre Swan Creek viticultural area in portions of Wilkes, Yadkin, and Iredell Counties, North Carolina. (04/25/2008)
  • Notice No. 81, Proposed Establishment of the Haw River Valley Viticultural Area
    TTB proposes to establish the “Haw River Valley” American viticultural area in north-central North Carolina.  We must receive comments on this notice on or before May 30, 2008.  To submit comments electronically via Regulations.gov, go to Document No. TTB–2008–0001–0001 and click on the “Add Comments” icon for Notice No. 81.  To submit comments by mail, see the instructions included within Notice No. 81.  (04/01/08)
