 Small Alcohol Fuel Plant (AFP)An Alcohol Fuel Plant (AFP) is one that will produce, process and store, and use or distribute distilled spirits to be used exclusively for fuel use. A small AFP is one that will produce and receive a combination of 10,000 or less proof gallons of spirits in a calendar year.
