Finance & Performance Budgeting Division
Joseph D. Burruss serves the Alcohol
and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) as the
Director of the Finance and Performance
Budgeting Division. In this capacity, Mr. Burruss is
responsible for budget preparation and execution,
accounting and financial reporting activities
within the Bureau.
Mr. Burruss joined TTB in March, 2003, and brings to this
new position extensive senior executive financial
and management experience. Mr. Burruss is a
Certified Public Accountant in the State of
Maryland, and received his undergraduate and
graduate degrees from the University of Baltimore.
